Natura Bissé Headquarters

Project Description

The new headquarters of the professional cosmetics company NATURA BISSÉ has ​​been built on the grounds of the Parc Tecnològic del Vallés in Cerdanyola del Vallés (Barcelona).

The building consists of six levels and brings together the industrial spaces for production, research and storage, as well as the central offices. It includes areas of: indoor and outdoor vehicle parking, loading dock, offices, warehouses, industrial production, personal cafeteria-dining room, laboratory rooms, multipurpose and demonstration rooms.

Our input

JG Ingenieros has been responsible for carrying out the design, calculation and technical assistance for the construction supervision of all the building's facilities, except those in the industrial production area, which has been carried out by a company specialized in this type of industry. The design and construction system used was carried out using the BIM methodology and establishing a management system in which the design of the project and the execution of the work were carried out in an overlapping manner, superimposing all the activities from the beginning of the work.
