BOUTIQUE HOTEL « MAMA SHELTER » IN LUXEMBOURG-KIRCHBERG

Project Description:

An international investor CMIL provides since years hotel infrastructure and operates these for different hotel groups such as Sofitel and Novotel. In 2015 CMIL decided to add a new hotel investment of about 160 rooms, 250 underground parking's, a restaurant and a rooftop bar. The project was codeveloped and co-constructed with an office building on the same plot. The buildings were both delivered in the year 2020.

GL&Ass was responsible for the M&E design (all mechanical and electrical design including the kitchen facility) for both buildings.
