Continuation of construction for the VIVENDA residential, service, and retail complex—specifically buildings D and E, with heights ranging from 2B+GF+5F to 2B+GF+11F (duplex)—featuring multi-family housing, ground-floor retail/service spaces, and underground parking, including educational facilities and a retail building (2B+GF+2F); located at 2-4 Morarilor Road and 1 Baia de Aramă Street, Sector 2, Bucharest; PHASE 1/4.​​​

Key Features
The proposed buildings—specifically blocks D and E—serve as fundamental residential modules within a larger layout. According to the approved Detailed Urban Plan (PUZ), the proposed configuration consists of five such buildings arranged in three longitudinal lines (running east-to-west); these are staggered so that the facades of the Ground+11 (P+11) sections do not directly face one another across adjacent rows. This arrangement creates longer direct sightlines between the blocks and opens up oblique views, adding spatial variety to the complex. At the same time, it ensures better direct sunlight exposure for the apartments, preventing the shadow cast by a P+11 section from falling onto the facade of the parallel block.The construction of the new buildings is proposed to take place in stages, following the four phases previously identified.​
