Key Features
At the start of the design phase in 2018, the project was planned as the tallest building in Romania. However, during construction in 2020, the COVID‑19 pandemic significantly impacted office occupancy rates, and the Developer decided to stop the structure at the 19th floor, with the option to continue later if market demand returned. This required rapid redesign during construction, maintaining all plant rooms with spare capacity while ensuring overall system efficiency and compliance with green building certification requirements.
