U219 Vilnius

Project Description

Business Centre U219 is unique as it has office space, leisure and dining together with other commercial services available for the public. The building consist of two sections - 7 and 8 floors, which are interconnected by an impressive hall of amphitheater-type space, so tenants will be able to enjoy panoramic views of Vilnius.

The first floor perfectly fits for commercial venues. The common spaces of the building - the space of the atrium and green terraces can be effectively used for both - work and recreation. Various building spaces makes it possible to work in solitude based on one’s needs. This promotes productivity, creativity and generation of new ideas.

MEPCO engineers were responsible for the whole MEP system design covering all of the outdoor and indoor engineering  systems. Starting with the building’s energy concept at an early stage, carrying onto developing a preliminary design, and ending up  with a detailed MEP design. All MEP systems were modelled in a 3D environment.
