Project Description

Thylander is developing Denmark’s first hyperscale datacenter with full Danish ownership and operation. Located at the Port of Esbjerg, a strategic core location, the project benefits from existing infrastructure, including access to district heating and seawater cooling. It aims to set new standards for data security, sustainability, and local integration in the datacenter industry.

Søren Jensen Engineering provides comprehensive consultancy services across all engineering disciplines. Our team supports the project with structural design, environmental strategy, infrastructure planning, and detailed MEP engineering. We also lead the fire safety strategy and building permit process, ensuring compliance and integration with local systems. The project includes advanced BIM coordination and collaboration with architectural partners.
