Park Developments are developing their property The Reflector at 8 Hanover Quay, Dublin 2.  The development comprises approximately 10,000 sq.m of commercial office space over 6 floors and 40 no. high spec apartments.

Our Input

Ethos Sustainability was commissioned to carry out the LEED AP role and the LEED Energy model on this project. The project is completed and fully certified LEED Gold

Key Features

• High-efficiency plant and equipment have been designed throughout including the incorporation of CHP plant to reduce energy use by 24% below baseline

•Low flow sanitary ware, showers, and taps will reduce water use by 45% below baseline

•Intensive green roofs will reduce heat island, provide habitat and reduce stormwater runoff

•Secure bicycle storage with shower facilities and electric vehicle charging points are provided

•Air quality strategies adopted will provide high levels of indoor environmental comfort

•Advanced energy use and water use metering to provide detailed feedback to building operators.
