Construction of the new Total Group headquarters

The tower is made up of two wings, one on the Arch side (228 meters high, 53 floors), the other on the Seine side (165 m), interconnected over 30 floors by "Links", connections that give its project name.

Mixed thermal production: heat pumps / dealer (SUC / ENERTHERM)

8 MW cold / 5 MW hot

4 safety/replacement generators totaling more than 8MVA
