Project Description

In 2008, LMGE began providing Facilities Management services to Taguspark, the largest science and technology park in Portugal.

Around 160 companies and 20 startups are based in this national innovation center.

Our Input

During the first months of the project, an in-depth audit of the state of conservation and operation of the technical facilities of the complex was carried out in order to identify action points and areas for intervention.

Nowadays, our intervention in Taguspark is exclusively for the management and operation of its technical facilities.

Key Features

For a project of this dimension (24.000 maintenance units), it was essential to use a maintenance management platform that facilitated the management of the maintenance teams, requests and warehouse.

As for the management of utilities, namely electricity, water and enthalpy, it would not be possible without WiseMetering, Grupo LM's in-house energy management platform.
