Refurbishment of a 2008 building, occupied by Engie. Customer goal : valorisation to be in the good market for new tenants for minimum 15 ans.

Our Input
Full MEP design from all technical diagnostics to complete design method including testings and recommissioning. Fan-coil unit refurbishment to achieve our new market as experts.

Key Features
Planning and acknowledgment of existing building in order to optimize the carbon foot print. Convince the customer to keep technical units and make it a good practice.
