St. Jakobshalle

Project Description

Expansion and renovation of the St. Jakobshalle in three construction phases, each lasting five months. Full event operations will continue between phases. In addition to the main arena (12,000 people) and the surrounding foyer, the renovation also includes various large auxiliary halls, sports areas (swimming pool, gymnasiums, locker rooms), administrative areas, food service areas (restaurant, food service stations, commercial kitchen, VIP area), backstage areas, and ancillary rooms, all of which were completely renovated or newly constructed. In addition, a mechanical smoke extraction system was installed in the public areas.
