SeKoia building (BGL-BNP Paribas HQ)

Project Description

BGL is a long-standing client of Goblet Lavandier & Associés. They have already been involved in the construction of BGL's two previous buildings. This third building is located directly adjacent to the first two and is being constructed on the site of the existing car park. The building comprises four basement levels and nine above-ground floors. The building is primarily dedicated to the bank’s office spaces and will accommodate a significant part of its administrative and operational activities.​

Our Input
Goblet Lavandier & Associés provided the full range of MEP engineering services for the project, including heating, ventilation, cooling, sanitary systems, low-voltage electrical installations, and low-current systems. They were also responsible for designing the integration of the new building into the building management and control system shared by all three buildings. In addition, we planned the connections to the existing central heating and cooling generation systems.​

Key Features
No fewer than seven certifications and labels have been targeted for this building: HQE, BREEAM, DGNB, OsmoZ, R2S International, WiredScore, and BBCA. This multi-certification approach reflects the project’s high ambitions in terms of environmental performance, sustainability, digital connectivity, and overall building quality.​
