Project Description
The Wallrüti school building is unique. All access points are on the outside; the building consists only of classrooms and a few adjoining rooms. This direct connection to the outside is also reflected in the technical concept. The classrooms are ventilated via partially automated vents, windows and exterior doors. Heating is provided by low-temperature fan coils. In high summer, the classrooms also benefit from gentle cooling, which is necessary for the regeneration of the geothermal probe field.
