Project Description

This development for Salesforce is set to be one of the largest campus developments for a single occupier in Ireland’s history. The development is set to be delivered over 4 buildings and will bring the existing staff based in Leopardstown along with the additional 1,500 staff they intend to hire all into one campus, ideally located in Dublin City Centre.

Our Input

Ethos has been appointed to deliver the full MEP design package for this development. Ethos was initially enlisted by Salesforce to evaluate the development and its suitability for Salesforce with their intended growth into the future. Ethos also conducted a Technical Due Diligence of the development and assisted in ensuring that the development will meet the standards set based on the shell and core designs.

Key Features

This development is set to be one of the greenest and most energy-efficient developments upon completion with LEED Platinum standards, Wired Platinum, and WELL Community Certification. All these certifications will ensure that the Salesforce ‘Ohana’ is in an environmentally friendly office space that provides a safe and comfortable working environment with extensive open spaces in this central location
