Project Description

Complex RINKTINES URBAN is located in the center part of Vilnius and consists of IBIS hotel and three residential buildings, connected via two story underground parking area. The ground floor of complex is occupied by small shops, restaurants and other commercial premises.

Our Input
MEPCO engineers were responsible for the complex MEP system design including outdoor services. Starting with the buildings’ energy concept at an early stage, carrying onto developing a preliminary and detailed MEP design. As is the norm for MEPCO projects, the complex was designed using Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Key Features
The new building complex in Kaunas, Lithuania, meets BREEAM standards and international ACCOR Hotels design requirements. It is the first BREEAM certified Hotel in Lithuania, confirming that the building is environmentally sustainable and energy-efficient. Meeting these standards ensures that guests have access to world-class amenities and services, making their stay comfortable and enjoyable. The project sets a benchmark for future development projects in the region, inspiring other developers to prioritize sustainability in building design.
