Complete MEP scope: A/C, ventilation, water services, drainage, lighting and emergency lighting, security, IT and AV infrastructure, general services and power.
Key Features
As the largest private hospital development in Bucharest, the project involved converting an existing office building into a fully operational medical facility. This required highly complex engineering solutions, avoiding large‑dimension ducts within the building and preventing major openings in the existing structural elements.
