The residents of MATAU VILNIUS (I see Vilnius) complex, are not forced to choose between the rhythm of the city and homey bliss, nor between the space where it’s nice to watch the seasons change and a central square buzzing with life. Here all the ways home are the shortest ones. Thus, you will be able to experience the city to the fullest.

MEPCO engineers were responsible for the whole MEP system design covering all of the outdoor and indoor engineering  systems. Starting with the building’s energy concept at an early stage, carrying onto developing a preliminary design, and ending up  with a detailed MEP design. All MEP systems were modelled in a 3D environment.
