Project Description

Lvovo Business centre will reinvigorate the new centre of Vilnius, capital of Lithuania. It‘s a premium class office building designed to fulfil the highest demands of the tenants.

MEPCO engineers were responsible for the whole MEP system design. The project was done following the highest environmental and energy saving requirements. Like most of MEPCO projects, Lvovo Business centre was designed using BIM methodology and meeting BREEAM requirements.

Lvovo Business centre is a project that is in line with the standards of the future. The business centre will feature modern engineering systems to provide tenants with complete comfort. The building’s technical solutions will ensure extremely low CO2 emissions and will be environmentally friendly.
