Project Description

LinkedIn’s largest office outside the US, 4 Wilton Park accommodates 2,000 employees across a 7-storey workplace designed around employee experience, flexibility, and hybrid collaboration. The CAT B fitout integrates open-plan workspaces, meeting rooms, breakout zones, micro kitchens, and terrace gardens with the entire 7th floor dedicated to an accessible outdoor space. Basement Level -2 provides parking, cycle facilities, showers, and extensive storage.  The design delivers a high-performance, human-centred environment, achieving LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, and ILFI Net Zero Carbon certifications, alongside LinkedIn’s ambitious sustainability goals of Carbon Negative, Zero Waste, and Water Positive by 2030.

Our Input
Ethos provided full Mechanical, Electrical, and Sustainability services, including detailed review of the base build to raise performance standards. Interventions in system design improved building health, efficiency, and adaptability. Ethos acted as LEED AP, WELL AP, and Living Future Accredited professional, providing in-house energy modelling and life cycle assessment to underpin certifications and long-term sustainability outcomes.
