Project Description

Fit-out of a 50.000 m² logistics building, for LIDL, with a deep-frozen storage area of 9.000m² (-24°C) and a very-cold storage / preparation area of 2.300m² (1°C).

Our Input
Full MEP Fit-Out design including energy harvesting studies, fire protection (spinklers) for utilities of the site (plenum air conditioning and sprinkler protection inside cold chambers).
