Renovation of a 181-room luxury hotel

The hotel, built in 1910 on Boulevard Raspail, has been listed as a Historic Monument since 2007.

Cold production: 3 air-cooled refrigeration units with a power of 650, 400 and 250 kW, associated with adiabatic dryers with ice storage

Hot production: CPCU + gas boiler backup. CPCU power: 2 exchangers of 1,800 kW combined with gas boilers with a power of 1,200 kW

Transformer station: two 1250 kVA transformers

Generator set: 800 kVA replacement and safety generator set

Inverter: 80 kVA inverter

Each room is equipped with a home automation system with a touch pad to control lighting, air conditioning, blackouts and room status (occupied/do not disturb).
