Kineum

Project Description

The building Kineum is one of the new high-rise buildings in Gårda, Gothenburg. On the top floors we have the fantastic spa with a majestic view over Gothenburg city. The building is 110 m and has 28 floors. Under the spa on the 26th floor we have an amazing restaurant. The hotel is situated on the entrance floor, the conference area in floors 3 and 4 and the hotel rooms from floor 11 to 18. As a multi-purpose building, approximately half the building is offices. There's also a side building called Grand Hall, which is a big event hall with a pool on the roof.

Our Input

Bengt Dahlgren have been involved from the early stages all the way through to the finished design and building drawings for the ventilation cooling design. We also did climate calculations in the spa area.

Key Features

The project is set to be BREEAM EXCELLENT certified. The hotel restaurant and spa will have a spectacular view of Gothenburg from the highest hotel building in the city.
