Project Description

The project consist of two office buildings and three residential buildings. The office buildings have a surface area of 15 000 m² and 10 000 m². The larger one (high rise) will be the new headquater of Renault with the CEO’s office. The second one is dedicated to the banking services of Renault. The residential building was out of our scope.​

Our Input
Full MEP services from design phase to construction check. It includes Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Ventilation, water services, drainage, lighting and emergency lighting, infrastructure for security, IT and AV, general services and power, life and safety generator.​

Key Features
This project achieved multiple environmental certifications (BREEAM, HQE, R2S and E+C-). The building has been designed in order to accept cars inside the lobby hall and inside the auditorium.​

The fresh air is based on head count with sensors equipped with cameras in the entire building.​
