Project description
These interventions are the first in a series that we will be required to carry out in this establishment on the long term. For the 1300 m² maternity ward, this involved a complete restructuring of 25 rooms with changing facilities equipped with individual bathtubs and the creation of a prenatal preparation room. For the 800 m² cardiology laboratory, this involved the restructuring of the laboratory-cardiology department with the creation of a mixed intervention room.
Our Input
In the maternity ward, all equipment has been replaced, including the fire safety system, the nurse call system, medical fluids, and sanitary equipment. For the cardiology lab department, a dedicated AHU, with air circulation at 20 volumes per hour, H14 terminal filtration, and overpressure control via Phoenix Controls regulators.
Key Features
These interventions were carried out in an occupied site with partial maintenance of operations in the maternity ward. For the cardiology lab department, we had to integrate medical fluids and create operating room-style compartmentalization within the departments.
This was an intervention on an occupied site with phasing and maintaining the operation of an ISO7-rated room within the scope of the intervention. The schedule was very tight, with the delivery impossible to postpone (the first operations were scheduled several weeks in advance). There was also a review mission with the supplier of the Philipps interventional biomedical imaging equipment. We are at the beginning of our specialization since we are also currently working on dialysis centers with our Rennes agency.
