Key Features
The use of the building is very versatile and includes bed departments on the three upper floors, a surgery on the second floor and the main entrance and catering facilities on the first floor. An AEMP and the technical areas are located on the 1st basement floor. Energy is primarily supplied via district heating and district cooling (high temperature), as well as a chiller for low-temperature cooling to dehumidify the operating theater ventilation. Natural refrigerants are used and the waste heat is used as far as possible to preheat the domestic hot water.
