Project Description

Property development company HGR Property Partners is constructing a new headquarters for the software company RELEX Solutions. Founded in 2005, RELEX Solutions is a Finnish software company that provides supply chain optimization and planning solutions through a forecast-driven system. In this headquarters project, which combines new construction with protected historic buildings, building services engineering is guided by environmental certifications and the specific requirements of the user.

Our Input
The site is an exceptional property complex. An old extension between two protected buildings has been demolished and replaced with a new structure. Compact technical spaces and low floor-to-ceiling heights have required more precise planning than usual for the main building systems’ routing. Granlund’s MEP design engineers have carried out extensive coordination and sought cost-effective solutions to ensure that users experience the spaces as airy and spacious.

The office, scheduled for completion in 2026, is targeting LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum environmental certifications
