GoCo Health Innovation City is an urban center dedicated to health and life science innovation. With over 200,000 square meters, the area is designed to attract researchers, entrepreneurs, and talents from across the globe. The vision is to establish a world-class innovation cluster for health, where collaboration forms the foundation.

Bengt Dahlgren has been part in the development of GoCo Health Innovation City, working closely with property owners and contractors. From the early planning stages of the first building to the completion of five buildings in Phase 1, and now the first building in Phase 2. Our role has included consultancy across multiple disciplines, with a strong focus on HVAC and LEED and Well Certification
