Project Description

Description
The FLOW Business Centre is a brand-new A++ class facility located in the heart of Vilnius' central business district. FLOW was constructed in compliance with the international BREEAM sustainability standard, with a goal of obtaining an outstanding rating. The centre's building materials were locally sourced, with some being made from recycled materials to minimise pollution. The facility is also powered by green energy from an independent energy supplier, further demonstrating its commitment to eco-friendliness.

Our Input
MEPCO designed the entire MEP system for FLOW. MEPCO's team of engineers began by developing the building's energy concept at an early stage, allowing for the creation of a preliminary design that met all of the centre's requirements. This preliminary design was then used to develop a detailed MEP design using the Building Information Modelling (BIM) methodology - a hallmark of all MEPCO projects.

Key Features
With advanced engineering systems that meet the WELL standard, employees can enjoy optimal comfort, healthy living, and reduced energy consumption. In summary, the FLOW Business Centre sets the standard for a modern 21st-century workplace in Vilnius.
