Project Description

The Europaallee in Zurich is a mix of residential and commercial properties, creating a vibrant and modern inner-city space for living, shopping and socialising. 

The building complex has three high-rise residential buildings as well as large office and service areas and is situated in a prominent location on Zurich’s dynamic Europaallee, directly next to Zurich's main train station.

The complex has been awarded the German (DGNB) and Swiss (SGNI) Sustainable Building Councils' platinum label.
