Europa Building

Project Description

In 2004, Grupo LM began providing Facilities Management services to the Europa Building, managed by Sogiurbe.

The building is located in the heart of Lisbon and uses the most advanced technology and the most innovative solutions for offices, which was fundamental to capturing the interest of several multinationals that chose it as their address in Lisbon.

Our Input

During the first months of the project, we prepared a technical operating manual for the building that included operating instructions for all its equipment, so that the building maintenance team could act more efficiently.

Since then, and to date, our intervention in the Europa building has involved the management, operation, and maintenance of the building's common areas, thus ensuring greater efficiency, speed, quality, and technical integration of all its systems.

Key Features

The Europa Building has a gross leasable area of 14,435 m2 of office space, distributed over nine floors above ground and one intermediate floor, complemented by four basement floors for parking and storage.
