EDGE East Side, Berlin Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg

Project description

EDGE East Side is a 142-meter-high office tower in Berlin with a gross floor area of 80,500 m². The building has 33 office floors, 28 of which are leased to Amazon. The 35th floor features a public restaurant and viewing terraces. The lower floors offer coworking spaces, a café, a coffee shop, and a bike workshop. The project was executed as a BIM project and completed in 2023.
