Logistics distribution centre with offices for the storage and distribution of goods.
A modern logistics center for the food sector of A.G. logistics Services B.V.The complex was designed by Architectenbureau DBL and realized by HBE Circulaire Bouw B.V. The complex consists of a warehouse of approximately 30,000 m2 with 2 office parts of approximately 1,000 m2 in total.

Smits van Burgst is a BREEAM-NL Licensed Assessor Company. In the role as BREEAM-NL Assessor, the sustainability of the building has been validated and it has been determined that the requirements for obtaining a BREEAM-NL Excellent qualification have been met. The certificate with the obtained score was handed over to the developer and the construction team.
