Colombo Shopping Center

Project Description

Colombo is one of the largest shopping centres on the Iberian Peninsula. Surrounding the shopping center are three office towers (the 3rd to begin construction soon).

Our Input

All three of Grupo LM’s companies participated in this project:

- LMSA developed the special installations projects - Mechanical, Electrical and Security

- LMGE is responsible for the maintenance management of the shopping centre and periodically performs the energy certifications of both the centre and office towers

- LMIT implemented WiseMetering to manage the energy consumption of the shopping centre

Key Features

Colombo Shopping Centre has 400,000m2 of construction area, 338 stores, and is composed of two above ground floors and three underground floors.

The three office towers together have 90,000m2 of construction area and thirty-six office floors.
