Capital Group are a leading financial services provider with a global presence.

Renzo Piano designed Padding Square is the home of their new London HQ building. Their new workplace is set across nine floors.

The space emphasises collaboration and prioritises employee wellbeing. The workplace incorporates numerous social and wellness amenities and accommodates individuals needs by offering settings ranging from quiet contemplation to vibrantly active.

Two new staircases unite the floors to provide an effective conduit for workplace interaction.
