Project description
The new inner-city building for the Basel Office for Environment and Energy (AUE) stands out in many respects. With interruptions in the planning since 2013, the project is one of the first BIM projects in the public sector. An innovative photovoltaic façade and a sophisticated building services concept minimise the building's own energy requirements to meet the MINERGIE-A limit values.
