Project Description
In 2020, LMGE began providing Facility Management services to more than 50 Ageas properties, including its headquarters in Lisbon and Porto, as well as its own services buildings and others.
The AGEAS Group is an international insurance group present in 13 countries across Europe and Asia. It offers Life and Non-Life solutions to millions of Retail and Business customers.
Our Input
The scope of this project was the Management and Monitoring of Contracts and Suppliers of Hard & Soft Services, Works and Change Management, Utilities Management, and Optimization.
Besides the provision of these services, we were also involved in the sizing and preparation of the contracting of the services that covered the new headquarters in Lisbon and Porto that began construction in 2020.
