The figure remembers a ship for the bow of the main entrance, for the three large trees on the roof supporting fully photovoltaic sails and the beam and glass area for the large facades and the roof completely glazed and almost completely transparent to give lightness and permeability to the whole structure. The mall contains 120 MSU shops and 15 café/restaurants.
Full MEP services including HVAC systems, water services, lighting and emergency lighting. Concept design, Developed Design for building permit, Acoustics, Final Design for tender, Site Supervision, Fire Prevention Sustainability Certification Consultancy. The Center is now certified, under standard BREEAM International 2009 NC, level Very Good.
Unique / Key Features
The plants have been designed and built to provide maximum comfort within the structure, starting from the main concept of environmental sustainability, both for energy consumption and construction materials and types. These choices have allowed to build a shopping center that has been certified BREEAM, the first in Italy, with a Very-Good level.
