Finland’s largest retail chain, S Group, has over 1,800 locations, including shops, hotels, logistics centres and restaurants. Now, all properties are managed with Granlund Manager maintenance software, ensuring faster and more cost-effective maintenance processes.

Granlund Manager helps standardise operational processes across different S Group units around the country. Service requests, energy optimisation and indoor conditions are all managed within one easily usable system.

In S Group, 5,000 people around Finland use the software for property maintenance and Granlund Manager registers around 35,000 logins each month. Over 20% of S Group’s Granlund Manager use is done via mobiles.

Our Input
Developed by Granlund, Granlund Manager is a cloud-based software dedicated to smart property maintenance and energy management. Together with S Group, Granlund implemented the software to all S Group’s facilities within a year.

Key Features

Within S Group, the number of service requests is exceptionally large. Hotels alone make hundreds of requests each month. While there may well be as many as 20,000 service requests, the requests are processed with a high success rate.
